Anyone who joins one of your classrooms with its code. A learner who joins, leaves and comes back is still one learner. On the free plan a classroom holds 10; the next person to join is asked to check with their teacher. People learning on their own, outside a classroom, never count against anything.

One learner working through lessons on one day. Each plan includes live tutoring for your classrooms every month (written replies, grading of spoken explanations and fresh voice lines), shown as an estimate in learner-sessions: about 60 on the free plan, 400 on Classroom and 1,100 on Classroom Plus. A learner who asks for a lot of help uses more than one who asks for little. Your billing page shows how much of the month is used.

Nobody is locked out. Your learners keep the built-in tutor: every lesson’s own corrections, hints and pre-voiced lines, straight away. Live replies come back when your next month starts. If you want them sooner, add a top-up (C$19 for about 160 more learner-sessions this month) or move to Classroom Plus. There is never a surprise charge.

Classroom and Classroom Plus start with 14 days free. You do not need a card to start. Add one in the billing page before the trial ends to keep the plan; if you do not, your account goes back to the free plan and nothing is lost. During the trial live tutoring is the same as on the free plan; the full monthly amount starts with your first paid month.

Yes. Cancel from the billing page in two clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your rooms, learners and their progress stay.

Nothing is deleted. Every room keeps working and learners keep their progress. You cannot open new rooms beyond the free limit, rooms over 10 learners take no new joins, and insights show today only until you upgrade again.

Yes, on the Institution plan. Tell us about your program and we will send a quote, accept your purchase order and invoice you. Site licences and volume pricing are agreed with you.

Learners join with a first name and a room code. There are no learner accounts, passwords or email addresses. We keep the steps they work through so you can see progress, and nothing is sold or shared. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

No. Live tutoring for your classrooms stops at your monthly amount plus any top-ups you chose to buy, and every reply is also checked against daily caps per learner and per network address on the server. When a limit is reached the built-in tutor answers with the lesson’s own corrections, so nobody is stuck and there is never a usage charge.

Canadian dollars. Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
